Cancellation of Orders on Hold Starting 2024

An important announcement to our customers,

We want to inform you about an important update in our policy following the change to our new website. Starting from 2024, we will no longer be able to keep orders on hold.

We ask all customers who currently have orders on hold to restore their order status before January 1st, 2024. Please contact our customer support to proceed with the next steps in restoring their orders. All orders that have not been restored by January 1st, 2024 will be canceled and refunded (any applicable fees will be deducted from the refunded amount). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we make this transition.
